How do I get started?
Signing up for Kulapix is easy. Simply provide us with a valid email address to start the process. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the process.
How do I Sign in?
Signing in to Kulapix is easy. Simply click “Login” located in the right corner of the top navigation bar. Once clicked provide us with your email address and password you created at sign up.
How do I upload photos?
Once logged in, select the product you wish to create and click the start button. The next screen shows you where you can upload or import photos from. You can upload from your computer, tablet, or mobile device or you can import from Facebook, Instagram, or Dropbox. If you have previously uploaded photos and they have not expired, you can also import from “Projects”.
Can I edit my photos?
Once you have selected a product, chosen your photos, and created a project you can edit any of the photos within it. Simply click on any photo to show the Edit & Delete Icons. Click the Edit Icon and you will enter the edit mode where you can do things like crop, zoom and much more.
Can I print from Facebook or Instagram?
You can import your photos from Facebook, Instagram and Dropbox into a Kulapix project to print.
What print sizes are available?

How long will it take to receive my Order?
Kulapix Products are unique and created just for you! Production time is usually around 1 week plus shipping. You can always track your order by logging in and going to “Account” and then “Orders”.
What are the recommended files I can upload?
Kulapix accepts digital images in .jpg, .JPG .jpeg, .JPEG, format. Maximum image width is 8000px, maximum image height is 8000px, maximum file size is 16mb.
Can I see my recent orders?
Kulapix makes it easy to track your orders. Once logged in you can click “Orders” located in the “Account” section which you can find on the right side of the top navigation bar. Instantly you have a list of past and recent orders, order numbers, order dates, and order details.
How can I cancel my order?
Kulapix allows you 1 hour from the time an order is placed to cancel that order. To cancel an order visit the “Orders” page in your account. If the order was placed within one hour there will be a “Cancel Icon” on the far right side of the order line. If you do not see a cancel option, 1 hour has passed and you can no longer cancel that order.
How do I change my password?
To change your password you must first log in. Once logged in go to “Account” which is located on the right side of the top navigation. Once on the “Account” page you will find the “Change Password” option towards the bottom of the page. To change your password you must provide your old password as well as the new password you would like to update.
What do I do if I forgot my Password?
If you have forgotten your password simply click the “Login” button located on the right side of the top navigation bar. Next click “Forgot Password”. Once clicked, provide the email address associated to your account and a reset password link will be sent.
