Order Status

Once you place an order on Kulapix you can always check the status of the order in the “Orders” tab. First click “Login” located in the top right corner of the main navigation bar. You can find the “Orders” section by clicking “Account” located in the top right corner of the main navigation bar. On the “Orders” page you will see a list of all the orders you have placed on Kulapix. To see the status of an order click the “Order Information” icon located at the far right of each row.
